Reflux esophagitis, usually adults take 30 mg of lansoprazole orally once a day for eight consecutive weeks. For the maintenance treatment of recurrent and recurrent reflux esophagitis, take 15 mg orally once a day. If the symptoms are not significantly relieved, the dose can be increased to 30 mg.
