Sodium ferulate injection

The results of animal studies show that sodium asafoetida can inhibit the production of malondialdehyde and thromboxane B2, reduce myocardial edema and the release of lactate dehydrogenase, and promote the production of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1a, and has anti-platelet aggregation, vasodilation and myocardial protection effects.

The main ingredient of this product is sodium ferulate, and its chemical name is: 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid sodium salt dihydrate. Its structural formula is: Molecular formula: C10H9NaO4·2H2O Molecular weight: 252.20 The auxiliary materials of this product are sodium pyrosulfite, propylene glycol, and glucose.

This product is a colorless to slightly yellow clear liquid.

It is used for the auxiliary treatment of vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, glomerular disease, pulmonary hypertension, diabetic vascular disease, vasculitis, as well as leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia. It can also be used for the treatment of migraine and vascular headache.

1. Intravenous injection: 0.1g-0.3g once a day, add 100-500ml of glucose injection, saline or sodium chloride injection for intravenous drip. 2. Intramuscular injection: 0.1g once, 1-2 times a day. The recommended course of treatment is 10 days.

Occasionally, allergic rash reactions occur, which disappear after stopping the medication.
