This product is a highly effective and long-lasting tricyclic antihistamine, a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist, which can relieve various symptoms caused by allergic reactions.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 10 mg of loratadine. Excipients are: sodium lauryl sulfate, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, sodium carboxymethyl starch, talc, and magnesium stearate.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It is used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, nasal congestion, and itchy and burning eyes. After oral administration, nasal and eye symptoms and signs are quickly relieved. It is also suitable for relieving symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, itchy skin diseases and other allergic skin diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Adults and children over 12 years old: once a day, 1 tablet (10 mg) each time. Children aged 2-12 years: weight > 30 kg: once a day, 1 tablet (10 mg) each time. Weight < 30 kg: once a day, half a tablet (5 mg) each time.
Adverse Reactions
1. At the recommended dose of 10 mg per day, this product has no obvious sedative effect. 2. Common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, gastrointestinal discomfort including nausea, gastritis and rash. Rare adverse reactions include hair loss, allergic reaction, abnormal liver function, tachycardia and palpitations. (For other details, please refer to the instructions).
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the ingredients in this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The safety of this product for children under 12 years old has not been determined. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women should use with caution. Breastfeeding should be stopped during medication. Precautions for the elderly: Mild to moderate impairment of liver and kidney function has no significant effect on the metabolism and excretion of this drug, so the dosage for elderly patients is the same as that for adults.
Drug Interactions
1. Taking ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics, cimetidine theophylline and other drugs at the same time will increase the concentration of loratadine in plasma and should be used with caution. Other drugs known to inhibit liver metabolism should be used with caution before they interact with loratadine. 2. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
