1 Pharmacology. This product is a photosensitizer. Using this product in combination with sun exposure or black light irradiation can produce the following photosensitivity activities. 1) Increase tyrosinase activity, promote epidermal melanin formation, and prompt melanocytes in hair follicles to move to the epidermis, thereby causing pigmentation on the skin, which is used to treat vitiligo. 2) Anti-epidermal proliferation effect. Inhibit the proliferation of epidermal cells in psoriasis (psoriasis) and other diseases, and make skin lesions disappear. 2 Toxicology, the oral LD50 of this product in mice is 394.9mg/kgplusmn;38.5mg/kg. In clinical applications, the dosage is generally calculated as 0.5mg/kg or 0.6mg/kg, which is 1/790 or 1/660 of the oral LD50 of mice. After clinical medication, routine liver and kidney function and blood and urine tests were repeated, and no abnormalities were found.

Vitiligo, psoriasis.

1 Usage: Oral administration, followed by sun exposure or black light exposure two hours later, at least 2-3 times a week (at least 48 hours apart). 2 Dosage: For vitiligo, calculated at 0.5 mg/kg body weight, the dosage for adults is 25 mg-30 mg each time, 2-3 times a week; for psoriasis, calculated at 0.6 mg/kg body weight, the dosage for adults is 30 mg-35 mg each time, 2-3 times a week. 3 Exposure time: a. Sun exposure (sun exposure), the first exposure time is 15-25 minutes, generally 15 minutes for light skin, 20 minutes for medium skin, and 25 minutes for dark skin. The exposure time can be appropriately increased by 5 minutes for subsequent treatments; b. Black light exposure, the exposure treatment time is half of the time it takes for erythema to appear during exposure.

This product has low toxicity. Due to differences in tolerance to light, some patients may experience photoallergic symptoms such as skin itching and erythema. Usually, the symptoms will gradually alleviate or disappear. Antiallergic drugs can also be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Excessive exposure can cause redness, blisters and other symptoms similar to sunburn. At this time, the drug should be discontinued until the symptoms disappear before use. Adjusting the intensity and duration of exposure during treatment can avoid the occurrence of this symptom. A small number of patients may experience mild nausea, headache and other discomfort reactions after oral administration. Taking it with food or milk, or reducing the dosage, can alleviate the discomfort.

1. Patients with severe liver disease are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with cataracts or other lens diseases are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with photosensitivity diseases such as lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, and xeroderma pigmentosum are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product.

Do not take other photosensitizing drugs during treatment. The use of this product with phenothiazines can aggravate the photochemical damage to the choroid, retina and lens.
