Belonging to other anti-anginal cardiovascular drugs, trimetazidine protects the energy metabolism of cells under hypoxia or ischemia, prevents the decline of intracellular ATP levels, thereby ensuring the normal function of ion pumps and the normal operation of transmembrane sodium-potassium flow, and maintaining the stability of the intracellular environment. Animal studies: Trimetazidine: 1. Helps maintain the energy metabolism of the heart and nerve sensory organs under ischemia and hypoxia. 2. Reduces intracellular acidosis and changes in transmembrane ion flow caused by ischemia. 3. Reduces the movement and infiltration of multinuclear neutrophils during ischemia and myocardial reperfusion, and reduces the scope of experimental infarction. 4. While producing this effect, it has no significant effect on hemodynamics. Human studies: Controlled experiments on patients with angina pectoris showed that trimetazidine can: 1. This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the film coating.

Preventive treatment of angina attacks and auxiliary symptomatic treatment of vertigo and tinnitus.

60 mg every 24 hours: 1 tablet 3 times a day, taken with meals. Evaluate the therapeutic effect after 3 months, and stop taking the drug if there is no therapeutic effect.

Rare gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, vomiting). Very rare Parkinson's symptoms, such as tremor, rigidity and akinesia, can be recovered after stopping the drug. Because the auxiliary contains sunset yellow FCFS (E110) and carmine (E124), allergic reactions may occur.
