Function and Efficacy
Ibuprofen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; the zinc ions in zinc gluconate can participate in the synthesis and activation of multiple enzymes and enhance the phagocytic ability of macrophages; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing caused by colds or flu.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each package contains 0.1 g zinc gluconate, 0.15 g ibuprofen, and 2 mg chlorpheniramine maleate.

Indication
Used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, etc. caused by the common cold or influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Children aged 3-5 years, half a pack at a time; children aged 6-14 years, 1 pack at a time; adults, 2 packs at a time; 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, stomach burning or mild gastrointestinal reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, bronchospasm, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure.
Precautions
1. Patients with known allergies to this product. 2. Patients who have experienced asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 5. Patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding, or patients with recurrent ulcers/bleeding in the past. 6. Patients with severe heart failure.

Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions will increase; 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it can lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency, so it is not suitable to be used together; 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs, so it is not suitable to be used together; 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemide), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced; 5. If used simultaneously with other drugs, drug interactions may occur. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.
