Function and Efficacy
Isosorbide mononitrate can relax vascular smooth muscle and cause vasodilation. Appearance
This product is a film-coated tablet, 30 mg is pink, 60 mg is yellow, and it appears white or off-white after removing the coating.
Indication
It is used for long-term treatment of coronary heart disease, prevention of vasospastic and mixed angina pectoris, and is also suitable for treatment after myocardial infarction and long-term treatment of chronic heart failure.
Usage and Dosage
Take 30mg or 60mg every morning. Swallow the tablet with water. Do not crush or chew it.
Adverse Reactions

Precautions

Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. Drug Interactions
Taking 5-type phosphodiesterase inhibitors at the same time will aggravate the vasodilatory effect of this product and may cause serious adverse reactions such as syncope and myocardial infarction. Therefore, 5-type phosphodiesterase inhibitors (such as sildenafil) should not be taken while taking this product.
