Function and Efficacy
Analgesic effect: It is mainly through inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins and other substances that can make pain sensitive to mechanical or chemical stimulation (such as bradykinin, histamine), and is a peripheral analgesic. However, the possibility of central analgesia (possibly acting on the hypothalamus) cannot be ruled out. Anti-inflammatory effect: The exact mechanism is still unclear. It may be due to the fact that this product acts on inflamed tissues and inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins or other substances that can cause inflammatory reactions (such as histamine) to play an anti-inflammatory role. Inhibition of the release of lysosomal enzymes and leukocyte chemotaxis may also be related to it. Antipyretic effect: It may act on the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center to cause peripheral vasodilation, increased skin blood flow, sweating, and increased heat dissipation to play an antipyretic role. This central effect may be related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the hypothalamus. Anti-rheumatic effect: The anti-rheumatic mechanism of this product, in addition to antipyretic and analgesic effects, is mainly anti-inflammatory. Inhibition of platelet aggregation: It works by inhibiting platelet cyclooxygenase and reducing the production of prostaglandins.

Appearance
This product is a capsule, and the contents are enteric-coated pellets. The pellets appear white after the coating is removed.
Indication
This product can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent the formation of thrombus. It can be used to prevent thrombosis after transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, artificial heart valve, arteriovenous fistula or other surgeries. It can also be used to treat unstable angina.
Usage and Dosage
For anti-thrombotic use, use a small dose of 75-300 mg (1-4 tablets) per day, once a day.
Adverse Reactions
The doses generally used for antipyretic and analgesic rarely cause adverse reactions. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug (such as the treatment of rheumatic fever), especially when the blood concentration of the drug is 200g/ml, is more likely to cause adverse reactions. The higher the blood concentration, the more obvious the adverse reactions. (1) The more common gastrointestinal reactions (incidence rate 3% to 9%) include nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain (caused by the direct stimulation of the gastric mucosa by this product), which usually disappear after stopping the drug. Long-term or large-dose use may cause gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers. (2) Central nervous system: reversible tinnitus and hearing loss occur, which usually occur after a certain course of treatment and the blood concentration reaches 200-300g/l. (3) Allergic reaction: occurs in 0.2% of patients, manifested as asthma, urticaria, angioedema or shock. Most are susceptible
Precautions
1. Those who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it; 2. Those who are prohibited from using it in the following situations: ① Active ulcer disease or gastrointestinal bleeding caused by other reasons; ② Hemophilia or thrombocytopenia; ③ Those with a history of allergy to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, especially those with asthma, neuroangioedema or shock.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use with caution in children, especially those with fever and dehydration, as toxic reactions are likely to occur. Acute febrile diseases, especially influenza and chickenpox, may be associated with Reye’s Syndrome when using aspirin enteric-coated microparticle capsules. Severe cases can be fatal, which is rare in China. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not clear. Precautions for the elderly: When this product is used for antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-rheumatic purposes, elderly patients are prone to toxic reactions when taking large doses due to decreased renal function, so it should be used with caution.
Drug Interactions
1. When used with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase, but the efficacy is not enhanced. 2. Antacids (long-term and large-scale use) or urine alkalinizing drugs: Alkalinizing urine can increase the excretion of this product and reduce the blood concentration. 3. When used with oral anticoagulants, the risk of bleeding may increase. 4. When used with other salicylates, the plasma concentration of salicylate may increase and even cause toxic reactions. 5. Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors can alkalinize urine, which can not only increase the excretion of salicylate and reduce the blood concentration, but also increase the amount of metabolic acidosis that penetrates into the brain tissue and cause toxic reactions. 6. Glucocorticoids can increase the excretion of salicylates. In order to maintain the blood concentration of this product when used together, the dosage of this product should be increased if necessary. 7. The efficacy of insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs can be more obvious when used with a large amount of salicylates. 8. When used with methotrexate, it can reduce the binding of methotrexate to protein and its excretion from the kidneys, which can increase blood drug concentrations and toxic reactions. 9. Uric acid drugs: Acidic urine can reduce the excretion of salicylates, which can increase the latter's blood drug concentration. Patients whose blood salicylic acid concentration has reached a stable state may experience an increase in blood salicylate concentrations and toxic reactions after taking uricidifying drugs.
