Function and Efficacy
Mitiglinide binds to the sulfonylurea receptors on the pancreatic β-cell membrane, inhibiting the ATP-sensitive K channels on the pancreatic β-cell membrane, causing cell depolarization and increased intracellular Ca2 concentration, thereby promoting insulin secretion and lowering blood sugar.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
It can improve the changes in blood sugar after eating in patients with type 2 diabetes, and is used for diabetic patients who have not been effectively treated with food therapy and exercise therapy.
Usage and Dosage
Adults should take 10 mg of mitiglinide calcium tablets orally once before each meal (within 5 minutes), 3 times a day. In addition, the dosage can be increased or decreased according to symptoms.
Adverse Reactions
Symptoms of hypoglycemia (5.6%), as well as digestive system symptoms such as abdominal distension (1.4%), constipation (1.1%), diarrhea 1.1%), and hunger 1.1%).
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients with severe ketosis, diabetic lethargy and pre-lethargy, and type 1 diabetes; 2.
