Appearance

This product is pink tablets.

Indication

It is used for acute and chronic peripheral circulatory disorders (limb vascular occlusive disease, Raynaud's syndrome, and other symptoms of poor peripheral circulation). It is also suitable for vascular dementia, especially in the early stage of treatment, it can improve cognition, memory, etc. and reduce the severity of the disease.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration, do not chew. 20~60mg per day, divided into 2~3 doses. Continuous administration for a sufficient period of time, at least six months; whether to continue administration is determined by the doctor.

Adverse Reactions

No serious adverse reactions have been reported. Hypotension, dizziness, stomach pain, hot flashes, facial flushing, drowsiness, and insomnia may occur. In clinical trials, increased uric acid concentration in the blood was observed, but this phenomenon was not related to the dosage and administration time.

Precautions

This product is not suitable for the following situations: recent myocardial infarction, acute bleeding, severe bradycardia, orthostatic regulation dysfunction, bleeding tendency and allergy to nicergoline.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: According to the current indications, this drug is not for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Toxicity tests failed to show the teratogenic effect of nicergoline. The indications of this drug show that this drug is not for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Pharmacokinetic and tolerability tests show that there is no difference in dosage and administration method between adults and elderly patients.

Drug Interactions

Human trials have found that nicergoline can increase the effects of antihypertensive drugs when used in combination with antihypertensive drugs.
