Pharyngitis (pharyngitis, laryngitis), tonsillitis (peritonsillitis, peritonsillar abscess), acute bronchitis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, adnexitis, endometritis, intrauterine infection, Bartholinitis, Bartholin gland abscess: the regular adult dose is 50-100 mg three times a day, taken orally after meals. Chronic bronchitis, diffuse bronchiolitis, bronchiectasis (infection), repeated infection of chronic respiratory diseases, pneumonia, otitis media, sinusitis, gonococcal urethritis, periodontitis, pericoronitis, palatitis: the regular adult dose is 100-200 mg three times a day, taken orally after meals. For patients with severe renal insufficiency, medication should be taken with caution and the dose and interval should be adjusted appropriately.

Usually rare and mild. General adverse reactions are mainly diarrhea, rash, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, increased GTP, increased GOP, and eosinophilia. Serious adverse reactions: The following serious adverse reactions may be observed, but the frequency is unknown. Shock, rapid allergic reaction (dyspnea, etc.). Toxic epidermal necrosis syndrome-Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Acute renal failure. Pseudomembranous colitis. When the above serious adverse reactions occur, the drug should be discontinued immediately and properly handled. Similar drugs (cephalosporin antibiotics) may have the following serious adverse reactions: hemolytic anemia. Interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary interstitial edema accompanied by fever, cough, dyspnea, abnormal chest X-ray, eosinophilia, etc. Other adverse reactions include: allergic reactions-rash, erythema, joint pain (incidence 0.1-2% or unknown). Urticaria, itching, fever, edema, lymphadenopathy (incidence less than 0.1%). Blood system - eosinophilia (incidence 0.1-2% or unknown). Granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia (incidence less than 0.1%). Liver - increased GOT, GPT, jaundice (incidence 0.1-2% or unknown). Al-P, LDH increased (incidence less than 0.1%). Digestive system - diarrhea, soft stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort (incidence 0.1-2% or unknown).
