Function and Efficacy
The ammonium chloride in this product can reflexively increase the secretion of respiratory mucosal glands, thereby making it easier to discharge sputum and facilitating the removal of sticky sputum; ephedrine hydrochloride can relax bronchial smooth muscles, contract bronchial mucosal blood vessels, reduce congestion and edema, and improve airway obstruction; the platycodon fluid extract contains platycodon saponins, which can increase the secretion of respiratory mucus, dilute sputum, and make it easier to cough up; the amygdalin contained in loquat leaves has an antitussive effect.
Ingredients
Each milliliter contains 0.365 mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, 0.015 ml of Polygala tenuifolia fluid extract, 0.025 ml of Aster tataricus fluid extract, 0.045 ml of Platycodon grandiflorum fluid extract, and 30 mg of ammonium chloride.

Indication
It is used for cough, excessive sputum, and also for cough caused by asthmatic bronchitis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults, 10 ml each time, 3 to 4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, anxiety, palpitations, tachycardia, etc.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with hypertension, arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism, etc. are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited from using this product. 4. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 5. Patients with heart failure are prohibited from using this product.
Drug Interactions
1. This product should not be used with monoamine oxidase inhibitors such as pargyline to avoid causing excessive blood drug levels. 2. This product should not be used with sulfadiazine and nitrofurantoin. 3. It should not be used with digitalis drugs. 4.
