Function and Efficacy
This product is a long-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It can inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase and reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins. Animal experiments show that the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of this product are weaker than indomethacin, but stronger than aspirin. Results of acute toxicity tests: the oral LD50 of rats is 200-720 mg/kg, and the intraperitoneal injection LD50 is 265-575 mg/kg; the oral LD50 of mice is 795-1673 mg/kg, and the intraperitoneal injection LD50 is 506-811 mg/kg.

Appearance
This product is a capsule, and the contents are white or off-white powder.
Indication
It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, and gouty arthritis. It can also be used for toothache, postoperative pain, and traumatic pain.
Usage and Dosage
Oral (1) Usual dosage for adults: 0.6 g per day, taken once or twice. The total daily dosage for adults should not exceed 1.0 g. (2) Usual dosage for children: Not yet established.
Adverse Reactions
The adverse reactions of this product are mainly gastrointestinal reactions, manifested as stomach pain, burning sensation in the stomach, nausea, and a few serious adverse reactions include gastric ulcer, bleeding, and even perforation. Dizziness, rash, mild decrease in white blood cell count, and mild increase in serum transferase are less common.
Precautions
1. Patients with known allergies to this product. 2. Patients who have asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 5. Patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding, or patients with recurrent ulcers/bleeding in the past. 6. Patients with severe heart failure.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: follow doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: follow doctor's advice. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients should pay attention to renal toxicity due to decreased renal function.
