Estrogen drugs, ethinyl estradiol has positive and negative feedback effects on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Small doses can stimulate the secretion of gonadotropin; large doses inhibit its secretion, thereby inhibiting ovarian ovulation and achieving an anti-fertility effect.

The ethinyl estradiol (C20H24O2) content of this product should be 80.0% to 120.0% of the labeled amount.

This product is a sugar-coated tablet.

1. To supplement the lack of estrogen and treat female gonadal dysfunction, amenorrhea, menopausal syndrome, etc. 2. To treat advanced breast cancer (postmenopausal women) and advanced prostate cancer. 3. To be used in combination with progesterone drugs to inhibit ovulation and can be used as a contraceptive.

Oral administration: 1. For gonadal dysgenesis, 0.02~0.05mg once, once every night, for 3 consecutive weeks. In the third week, use progesterone for artificial cycle treatment, which can be used for 1~3 cycles. 2. For menopausal syndrome, 0.02~0.05mg per day, for 21 consecutive days, and then take it again after 7 days. For women with uterus, take progesterone for 10~14 days in the late cycle. 3. For breast cancer, 1mg once, 3 times a day. 4. For prostate cancer, 0.05~0.5mg once, 3~6 times a day.

1. May experience nausea, vomiting, headache, breast tenderness, abdominal distension, etc. 2. Occasionally, there may be irregular vaginal bleeding, amenorrhea, frequent urination, painful urination, headache, high blood pressure, rash, small breast lumps, etc.

It is contraindicated for patients with estrogen-related swelling and pain, such as breast cancer and cervical cancer (except prostate cancer and postmenopausal breast cancer), thrombophlebitis, and pulmonary embolism.

Precautions for children: Use with caution in prepubertal children to avoid premature puberty and early skeletal closure. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women should not use. Precautions for the elderly: Reduce the dosage appropriately.

Oral administration of 1g of vitamin C can increase the bioavailability of a single oral dose of ethinyl estradiol to 60%~70%. When used in combination with progesterone drugs, it has a synergistic effect of inhibiting ovulation and can be used as a contraceptive.
