This product contains econazole nitrate, which has a broad antibacterial spectrum and has antibacterial effects on skin filamentous fungi, Candida, yeast, black filamentous fungi, Aspergillus, Penicillium, actinomycetes, etc. It also has antibacterial activity against certain Gram-positive bacteria. Its mechanism of action is to act on the cell membrane of pathogenic bacteria, change its permeability, prevent nutrient intake, and cause its death. Curcuma oil has the effects of promoting qi and blood circulation, eliminating accumulation and relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, removing necrosis and promoting muscle regeneration, and enhancing the body's immune ability. The combination of the two has a synergistic killing effect on pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, trichomonas, and viruses, and is beneficial to repairing diseased tissues and promoting wound healing.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains: 50 mg of econazole nitrate, 0.2 ml of zedoary oil, and 3 mg of borneol.

Vaginal administration, one pill at a time, once a day; twice a day for severe cases, or as directed by the doctor. Six times for a course of treatment. Recommended treatment plan: 1. Preoperative medication: twice a day, one pill each night and the next morning, for one week. 2. Various vaginal inflammations: fungal, trichomonal, senile, acute, bacterial and other vaginal inflammations, once a day, one pill each time, 6 days as a course of treatment, and persist in using it for two courses. For patients with severe clinical symptoms, twice a day, one pill each night and the next morning, 6 days as a course of treatment, and persist in using it for two courses. 3. Cervical erosion: For first-degree cervical erosion, once a day, one pill each time, 6 days as a course of treatment, and persist in using it for more than 2 courses. For second-degree cervical erosion (or granular type), once a day, one pill each time, for patients with severe symptoms, twice a day, one pill each time, 6 days as a course of treatment, and persist in using it for more than 3-4 courses. For third-degree cervical erosion (or papillary type), take one pill each night and the next morning, twice a day, for a course of 6 days, and continue to use it for 5-7 courses. For papillary type combined with cervical glandular cysts, use iodine (0.5%) for local disinfection, puncture the cyst wall with a puncture needle, and use this product after the fluid flows out, twice a day, one pill each time, and continue to use it for 5-7 courses.

Only a few patients reported nausea and local burning sensation, which disappeared upon discontinuation of the medication.
