Function and Efficacy
This product has antipyretic, analgesic and relieving effects on nasal mucosal congestion and swelling. Acetaminophen has antipyretic and analgesic effects; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effect of selectively constricting blood vessels, eliminating congestion and swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and relieving nasal congestion symptoms; chlorpheniramine maleate is a systemic antihistamine that competitively blocks histamine (H1) receptors and relieves allergic symptoms.

Appearance
This product is yellow or orange tablets with aromatic odor and slightly sweet taste.
Indication
It is used to relieve or reduce fever, headache, body aches, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, tears and other symptoms caused by colds in adults and children.
Usage and Dosage
Chew or take orally, 3 to 4 times a day, no more than 4 times a day. Adults take 2 to 3 tablets each time, children aged 2 to 5 years old take 1 tablet each time, children aged 6 to 11 years old take 2 tablets each time, children under 6 years old take as directed by the doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, sweating, rash, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
Drug Interactions
1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, it may increase nephrotoxicity. 2. This product should not be used with antidepressants, sleeping pills, antispasmodics (such as belladonna), chloramphenicol, phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 3.
