Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effect of contracting the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, which can eliminate the congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with strong antihistamine and sedative effects, which can further relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds.

Appearance
The day-use tablets of this product are dark orange film-coated tablets, while the night-use tablets are light blue film-coated tablets.
Indication
Used for fever, headache, joint pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, etc. caused by flu after cold.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. No more than 4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Sometimes there is mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth and loss of appetite, etc. It can recover on its own.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
Drug Interactions
1. When used together with other antipyretic and analgesic drugs, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased; 2. This product should not be used together with chloramphenicol, barbiturates, antispasmodics, phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides; 3. If you are taking other drugs, please consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product.
