Function and Efficacy
This product is a peripherally active anticholinergic drug that blocks M cholinergic receptors. The peripheral effects of this product are stronger than atropine but of shorter duration. It has an excitatory effect on the respiratory center, and the central effect is mainly inhibitory. It can inhibit glandular secretion, relieve capillary spasm, improve microcirculation, dilate bronchi, and relieve smooth muscle spasm; it has a sedative and hypnotic effect on the brain and an excitatory effect on the respiratory center.

Indication
Used for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, ulcerative colitis, hyperperistalsis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Skin or intramuscular injection: 1 mg each time, 1-3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
There are few side effects, including mild dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty urinating (especially in patients with prostate hypertrophy), constipation, headache, palpitations, etc. Patients with heart disease should use it with caution.
Precautions
Not to be used by patients with glaucoma.
