This product is a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor and has an effect on plasmin and the like.

Peptidase inhibitors.

This product is white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder, and is soluble in water.

Used for open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation or other surgeries. Inhibits fibrinolytic protein, reduces intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and postoperative intestinal adhesion.

1. Allergic reaction test: Before use, dissolve 1 bottle of this product in 10ml of 5% glucose injection, draw out 1ml, dilute it with 5% glucose injection to a solution containing 2500 units (KIU) of aprotinin per 1ml, inject 1ml intravenously, and observe closely for 15 minutes. If an allergic reaction occurs, it cannot be used. 2. Before extracorporeal circulation, add 3 million to 5 million units (KIU) of this product (1.5 million to 2 million units for children) to the priming solution at one time.

Occasionally, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. may occur. A very small number of patients may experience a transient increase in serum creatinine and allergic and anaphylactic reactions.

People who are allergic to aprotinin.

1. This product can inhibit the antihypertensive effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (such as captopril) (it has been reported, but there is no conclusive opinion yet). 2. This product has the effect of antagonizing plasmin (such as alteplase, anistreplase, streptokinase, urokinase, etc.) and can be used to inhibit bleeding caused by these drugs. 3. This product can interfere with the following tests: blood clotting time, serum creatinine kinase (CK), serum creatinine, aminotransferase, etc.
