Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a platelet aggregation inhibitor that can selectively inhibit the binding of ADP to platelet receptors, and then inhibit the activation of ADP and glycoprotein GPⅡb/Ⅲa complex, thereby inhibiting platelet aggregation. This product can also inhibit platelet aggregation caused by non-ADP, and does not affect the activity of phosphodiesterase. This product affects the life of platelets by irreversibly changing platelet ADP receptors.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is clopidogrel sulfate. Chemical name: S () -2- (2-chlorophenyl) -2- (4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothiophene [3,2-c] pyridine-5) acetate methyl hydrogen sulfate

Indication
Clopidogrel is used to prevent atherothrombotic events in the following patients: patients with myocardial infarction (from a few days to less than 35 days), patients with ischemic stroke (from 7 days to less than 8 months) or patients with confirmed peripheral arterial disease. Patients with acute coronary syndrome: non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (including unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction), including patients with stent implantation after percutaneous coronary intervention, combined with aspirin; for patients with ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome, combined with aspirin, can be used in combination with thrombolytic therapy.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, can be taken with or without food. Once a day, two tablets each time.
Adverse Reactions
Gastrointestinal reactions (such as abdominal pain, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea), rash, and skin and mucous membrane bleeding are occasionally seen. Leukopenia and granulocytosis are rare.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to the active substance or any component of this product, have severe liver damage, or have active pathological bleeding such as peptic ulcer or intracranial hemorrhage; 2. It is contraindicated for breastfeeding women.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The safety and effectiveness of this product in pediatrics has not been determined. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is contraindicated for lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: The concentration of the main metabolites in the plasma of the elderly (not less than 75 years old) is significantly higher than that of young healthy volunteers, but the higher plasma concentration is not related to the difference in platelet aggregation and bleeding time, so there is no need to adjust the dose for the elderly.
Drug Interactions
Aspirin: This product increases the inhibitory effect of aspirin on platelet aggregation caused by collagen. There is no further research data on the safety of long-term combined use. Heparin: Studies on healthy volunteers have shown that this product has no interaction with heparin. However, caution should be exercised when combined with other drugs. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): When healthy volunteers took this product and naproxen at the same time, gastrointestinal occult blood loss increased, so caution should be exercised when this product is combined with NSAIDs. Warfarin: There is no safety study on combined use.
