Curcuma Oil and Glucose Injection

This product is an antiviral drug. Curcuma oil contains curcumol, which has a direct inhibitory effect on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and a direct inactivation effect on influenza virus type A1 and A3. Curcuma oil, an extract of Curcuma, has no local irritation and in vivo hemolysis. The LD50 of intravenous injection of Curcuma oil in mice is 122.14 plus mn; 41.44 mg/kg; the LD50 of oral gavage in mice is 147.0 g/kg; the LD50 of intramuscular injection is 55 g/kg; the maximum tolerated dose and minimum lethal dose in mice are 48 and 49 g/kg respectively, and no accumulation effect is observed after six consecutive days of medication.

The main ingredient of this product is zedoary oil.

This product is a yellowish clear liquid with a slight opalescence.

Used for viral pneumonia in children.

Intravenous drip: 10 mg per kg body weight, once a day, 7-10 days as a course of treatment.

Allergic reactions may occur occasionally.

Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it.
