Ligustrazine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection

It has the effects of resisting platelet aggregation, dilating arterioles, improving microcirculation, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and has the effect of disaggregating aggregated platelets.

Ligustrazine hydrochloride. Chemical name: 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride dihydrate.

Used for occlusive cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral ischemia, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism and other ischemic vascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, vasculitis, etc.

1. In the acute stage of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and other ischemic vascular diseases, intravenous drip is generally used. Take 40-80 mg (1-2 vials) of this product injection, dilute it in 250-500 ml of 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection and drip it intravenously. The speed should not be too fast, once a day, 10 days as a course of treatment, generally 1-2 courses of treatment. 2. In the recovery period and sequelae of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, acupuncture injection is generally used. Select 3-4 acupoints each time, inject 10-20 mg (1/4-1/2 vial) into each acupoint, once every other day, 15 times as a course of treatment, generally 1-2 courses of treatment, and scalp acupuncture treatment can be used in conjunction with the day between medications.

This product is highly acidic and is highly irritating when injected into acupuncture points.

It is contraindicated in patients with bleeding or bleeding tendency.

It should not be used together with alkaline injections.
