Function and Efficacy

This product is the levorotatory form of ofloxacin, and its antibacterial activity is about 2 times that of ofloxacin. It has the characteristics of broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial effect. It has strong antibacterial activity against most Enterobacteriaceae, such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus, Salmonella typhi, Shigella, influenza bacillus, some Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gonococci, etc. It also has good antibacterial effect against some Staphylococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Chlamydia, etc.

Indication

It is suitable for moderate to severe respiratory system, urinary system, digestive system and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive strains of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, sepsis, typhoid and paratyphoid dysentery, and urethritis and cervicitis caused by gonococci and Chlamydia trachomatis.

Usage and Dosage

Intravenous drip: Adults: 0.1-0.2g at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Adverse Reactions

Poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia, dizziness, headache, rash, elevated serum alanine aminotransferase and local irritation symptoms after injection may occur occasionally, but they are generally tolerated and disappear after the treatment.

Precautions

1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to quinolones and epileptic patients; 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women; 3. It is contraindicated for patients under 16 years old.
