Lornoxicam for injection

Function and Efficacy

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic, a thiazide derivative, with strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Its mechanism of action includes: 1. Inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting the activity of cyclooxygenase (COX); but it does not inhibit the activity of 5-lipid oxidase, so it does not inhibit the synthesis of leukotrienes, nor does it shunt arachidonic acid to the 5-lipid oxidase pathway. 2. Activate the opioid neuropeptide system to exert a central analgesic effect. Animal safety studies have shown that the toxicity characteristics are consistent with the inhibition of half of the oxidase. The digestive tract and kidneys are the most sensitive organs to toxic effects. Animal test results show that lornoxicam for injection has no vascular irritation and muscle irritation, and does not cause allergies and hemolysis.
