This product is a vitamin drug. Similar to niacin, it is a component of coenzyme I and coenzyme II. It participates in the metabolic process in the body and is necessary for lipid metabolism, oxidation of tissue respiration and glycogenolysis. However, it has no vasodilatory effect. In addition, this product has the effects of preventing and treating heart block, improving sinus node function and resisting experimental tachyarrhythmias, and can significantly improve the slowing of heart rate and atrioventricular conduction block caused by verapamil.

Main ingredients: Niacinamide.

Note: It is mainly used to prevent and treat arrhythmias associated with niacin deficiency, pellagra, coronary heart disease, viral myocarditis, rheumatic myocarditis and a few digitalis poisonings, and has the effect of preventing and treating heart block.

300-400 mg once a day. Add 250 ml of 10% glucose solution and drip intravenously. A course of treatment is 30 days.

Skin flushing and itching may occur after administration. Hyperglycemia, hyperuricemia, and arrhythmia may occur occasionally.

Isoniazid and nicotinamide have antagonistic effects. Nicotinamide should be supplemented if isoniazid is taken for a long time.

Keep away from light and store in a sealed container. The shelf life is tentatively 18 months.
