Ozagrel Sodium for Injection

This product is a thromboxane synthetase inhibitor that can inhibit the production of TXA2, thus having the effects of anti-platelet aggregation and vasodilation. Animal experiments have shown that intravenous administration can reduce plasma TXB2 levels and the Keto-PGF12/TXB2 ratio, inhibit platelet aggregation caused by different inducers, and prevent cerebral infarction caused by the middle cerebral artery in rats.

This product is white loose freeze-dried block.

It is suitable for the treatment of acute thrombotic cerebral infarction and movement disorders associated with cerebral infarction.

Adults: 40mg~80mg (2~4 vials) at a time, 1~2 times a day, dissolved in 500ml of normal saline or 5% glucose solution, continuous intravenous drip, 2 weeks as a course of treatment.

Gastrointestinal reactions and allergic reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, urticaria, rash, etc., are relieved after appropriate treatment. A few cases may experience increased GPT and BUN, intracranial, gastrointestinal, subcutaneous bleeding, and thrombocytopenia.

The following conditions are contraindicated: 1. Patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, or deep coma due to large-area cerebral infarction; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, such as severe arrhythmia and myocardial infarction; 3. Patients with blood diseases or bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with severe hypertension, with systolic blood pressure exceeding 26.6kpa (i.e., more than 200 mmHg); 5. Patients who are allergic to this product.

Avoid mixing with calcium-containing infusions.

Keep away from light and store in a sealed container.
