Function and Efficacy
This product is a short-acting α-adrenaline receptor blocker that acts on both α1 and α2 receptors, can dilate blood vessels and reduce peripheral vascular resistance, can relax the penis cavernous sinus smooth muscle, allow more blood to flow into the cavernous body tissue, and inhibit blood outflow from the cavernous body, leading to erection. The drug can maintain erectile function without being affected by sex hormones, emotions and nerves, and can maintain and promote long-term erection. The recommended dose of this drug has no effect on those who lack sexual stimulation.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
Used for male erectile dysfunction.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, one tablet (40 mg) each time, 30 minutes before sexual intercourse, up to once a day. The dose can be adjusted to 60 mg according to needs and tolerance.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include nasal congestion, headache, dizziness, tachycardia, nausea, palpitations, facial flushing, etc. A small number of patients have mild changes in heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure. Very few patients may develop orthostatic hypotension.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 60 mmHg), severe arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, coronary artery insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, gastric ulcer patients, those who are taking antihypertensive drugs, and those who are allergic to this product.

Drug Interactions
1. When used in combination with sympathomimetic amines, the latter's peripheral vasoconstriction effect is offset or weakened; 2. When used in combination with guanethidine, the incidence of orthostatic hypotension or bradycardia increases; 3. When used in combination with diazoxide, the inhibitory effect of diazoxide on insulin release is inhibited; 4. Sedative hypnotics such as barbiturates and doxepin and antihypertensive drugs such as reserpine and jiangyaling can enhance the antihypertensive effect of this product; 5. When used in combination with cardiac glycosides, its toxic reactions can be enhanced; 6. Avoid using this product in combination with iron preparations; 7. This product cannot be used in combination with nitroglycerin drugs.
