Function and Efficacy
This product is a peripherally active anticholinergic drug that blocks M cholinergic receptors. The peripheral effects of this product are stronger than atropine but shorter lasting. It has an excitatory effect on the respiratory center, and the central effect is mainly inhibitory. It can inhibit glandular secretion, relieve capillary spasm, improve microcirculation, dilate bronchi, and relieve smooth muscle spasm; it has a sedative and hypnotic effect on the brain and an excitatory effect on the respiratory center.
Ingredients
The chemical name of this product is: 6beta;, 7beta;-epoxy-1aH, 5aH-tropane-3alpha;-ol (mono) tropate hydrobromide trihydrate, its molecular formula: C17H21NO4HBr3H2O, molecular weight: 438.32.

This product is white tablets.
Indication
Used for pre-anesthetic administration, tremor paralysis, motion sickness, manic psychosis, gastrointestinal, gallbladder and kidney smooth muscle spasm, excessive gastric acid secretion, septic shock, and organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
Usage and Dosage
Common dosage for adults: 0.3-0.6 mg orally, 0.6-1.2 mg per day. Maximum dosage: 0.6 mg once, 2 mg per day.
Adverse Reactions
Dry mouth and dizziness are common. In severe cases, there may be dilated pupils, flushing and burning of the skin, excitement, irritability, delirium, convulsions, and rapid heartbeat.
Precautions
Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
It should not be used in combination with antidepressants, antipsychotics and Parkinson's disease drugs.
