Function and Efficacy
The mechanism of action of this product is that the drug can specifically bind to the A position of the bacterial ribosome 3S subunit, inhibiting the growth of the peptide chain and affecting the synthesis of bacterial protein. It has antibacterial effects on common Gram-positive bacteria and Chlamydia trachomatis in the eye.
Ingredients
Each vial of this product contains 0.005g of chlortetracycline hydrochloride. The auxiliary materials are vaseline and liquid paraffin.

Appearance
This product is a yellow eye ointment.
Indication
It is used for bacterial conjunctivitis, sty and bacterial blepharitis. It is also used to treat trachoma.
Usage and Dosage
Apply inside the eyelids 1-2 times a day, the last application should be before bedtime.
Adverse Reactions
1. Mild irritation. 2. Occasionally allergic reactions may occur, with symptoms such as congestion, itchy eyes, and edema.
