Dihydroergoline Mesylate Injection
Function and Efficacy
Animal experiments have shown that dihydroergoline mesylate changes brain neurotransmission. Data show that it has an agonist effect on dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptors and a cytostatic effect on alpha-adrenaline receptors. It improves damaged brain metabolic function and shortens brain circulation time. This effect is reflected in changes in brain electrical activity, with significant changes in the power spectrum of the electroencephalogram (EEG).
Ingredients
Dihydroergoline mesylate is a total base composed of dihydroergoline mesylate, dihydroergoline mesylate (alpha type and beta type), and dihydroergoline mesylate, each accounting for about 1/3.

Such disturbances may cause dizziness, inattention, disorientation, memory impairment, lack of initiative, emotional depression, social incompetence, and difficulty in daily life and self-care. Cerebrovascular disease.
Usage and Dosage
1-2 vials (0.3mg/ml/vial) per time for intravenous drip, either subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Adverse Reactions
It is usually well tolerated, with occasional gastrointestinal disturbances: nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, anorexia, blurred vision, nasal congestion and rash. There is no need to stop the drug if the above phenomena occur, and adverse reactions can usually be avoided by reducing the dosage.
Precautions
This drug is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to it. It is contraindicated for patients with severe heart disease, especially those with bradycardia and severe hypotension.
Drug Interactions
1. When used in combination with cyclosporine, the pharmacokinetics of cyclosporine will be changed. 2. When dopamine is used in combination with dihydroergotamine, it can induce peripheral vasospasm, especially vasoconstriction of distal limbs.
