Indication
Used for acute craniocerebral trauma and post-operative consciousness disorder, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Slow intravenous drip, 0.25g-0.5g per day, 5-10 days as a course of treatment, or as directed by your doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Shock is rare, the drug should be stopped immediately and symptomatic treatment should be given. Occasionally, rash, insomnia, the discovery or enhancement of numbness of paralyzed limbs (paralysis on one side in stroke), headache, dizziness, excitement, cramps, nausea, loss of appetite, abnormal liver function, one-time diplopia, fever, transient blood pressure changes, fatigue, etc. are seen.
Precautions
This product is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to any ingredient in it, or those in the acute stage of severe intracranial injury or active intracranial hemorrhage.
Drug Interactions
1. This product can be used together with mannitol or urea to treat brain swelling. It can improve cerebral vascular paralysis, reduce brain swelling and reduce intracranial pressure by regulating hypothalamic activation and cerebral vascular tension. 2. This product can be used in combination with other drugs for the treatment of Parkinson's syndrome to enhance the efficacy. 3. When this product is used for patients with tremor paralysis, it should not be used in combination with levodopa, otherwise it may cause muscle stiffness changes. 4. When used in combination with brain polypeptide, it has a synergistic effect on improving brain function.
