Urea [13C]. Chemical name: carbodiamide Molecular weight: 13CO(NH2)2

This product is white granules with orange and sour smell. It is easily soluble in water.

1. The subjects should be tested in the morning on an empty stomach or after fasting for more than two hours. 2. The subjects fill in the required information on two sample tubes with labeled paper. 3. The subjects maintain normal exhalation, insert a straw into the bottom of one sample tube, and use the straw to slowly exhale into the sample tube for 4 to 5 seconds, pull out the straw, and immediately tighten the test tube cap. This is the 0-minute exhalation collected. 4. The subjects take a bottle of urea [13C] granules with 80 to 100 ml of cold drinking water and sit quietly. 5. The subjects collect the exhaled breath 30 minutes after taking urea [13C] according to the above method, and tighten the test tube cap. 6. The exhaled breath sample tubes collected at 0 minutes and 30 minutes are tested for 13CO2 on the corresponding instrument. 7. δ‰ is often used to express the measurement result, which is called the thousandth difference.
