Function and Efficacy
The chlorpheniramine maleate contained in this product is an antihistamine with anti-allergic effects; methylephedrine hydrochloride has bronchodilator and antitussive effects; guaifenesin can promote the secretion of mucus in the bronchial tubes, thin sputum, and make sputum easier to cough up; dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a centrally acting antitussive drug that can effectively relieve cough symptoms.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation. Each 10 ml contains: 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, 50 mg of guaifenesin, 10 mg of methylephedrine hydrochloride, and 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

Indication
This product is used for allergic cough, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma and cough caused by various respiratory diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Children over 12 years old and adults: 10-15 ml at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
There are drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, constipation, fatigue, chest tightness, irritability, heat, lack of appetite, skin allergies, etc. These reactions disappear on their own after stopping the drug. Taking too large a dose can cause unconsciousness, bronchospasm, and respiratory depression.
