Function and Efficacy
It works by inhibiting DNA gyrase and DNA replication in bacterial prokaryotes. Due to its unique mechanism of action, it has the characteristics of a broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, and has a strong antibacterial effect on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is effective against infections such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Enterococcus, Pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Acinetobacter, CamPylobacter, PeptostoreptoCoCus, and Chlamydia sensitive strains. There is no cross-resistance between this product and other antibacterial drugs.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is ofloxacin. Its chemical name is (plusmn;)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7hydro-pyrido(1,2,3-de)[1,4]benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid.

Appearance
This product is a slightly yellow or light yellow clear solution.
Indication
This product is suitable for the treatment of external eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis, and postoperative infections.
Usage and Dosage
Apply inside the eyelids, 3 to 5 times a day, 1 to 2 drops each time, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally there are pungent, stinging symptoms.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to ofloxacin or quinolones.

Drug Interactions
