Function and Efficacy
1. This product is a compound preparation of ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel. Its contraceptive effect is mainly achieved by inhibiting ovulation of the pituitary-gonad axis. 2. It can also increase the viscosity of cervical mucus and prevent sperm from penetrating.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 0.15mg of desogestrel and 30ug of ethinyl estradiol. The excipients are: potato starch, anhydrous silica gel, α-tocopherol, stearic acid, polydiene pyrrolidone, lactose monohydrate, acetone and purified water.

This product is white tablets.
Indication
Usage and Dosage
Start taking this product on the first day of the menstrual cycle, that is, the first day of menstruation. Take 1 tablet of this product at about the same time every day in the direction of the arrow for 21 consecutive days, then stop taking it for 7 days, and start taking the next tablet on the 8th day of stopping taking it.
Adverse Reactions
1. Mild reactions usually occur during the first few cycles of combined oral contraceptives, such as nausea, headache, breast tenderness, and spotting during the menstrual cycle. Some less common adverse reactions include: vomiting, depression; intolerance of contact lenses; changes in vaginal discharge; various skin discomforts (such as rashes); fluid retention; weight changes; allergic reactions; changes in libido. The relationship between these reactions and combined oral contraceptives has neither been confirmed nor denied. 2. If adverse reactions occur, please consult a physician or pharmacist.
Precautions
Patients with any of the following conditions are prohibited from using this product: 1. Patients with or have had thrombosis (venous or arterial), prodromal symptoms of embolism (such as angina pectoris and transient ischemic attack), or the presence of one or more serious risk factors for venous or arterial thromboembolism; 2. Patients with diabetes mellitus, severe hypertension, or severe dyslipoproteinemia associated with vascular damage; 3. Patients with known or suspected sex hormone-dependent malignant tumors of the reproductive organs or breast, or liver tumors (benign or malignant); 4. Patients with or have had severe liver disease, or whose liver function has not returned to normal; 5. Patients with unexplained vaginal bleeding, or women who are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant, or who are breastfeeding.
Drug Interactions
1. Drugs that increase the clearance of sex hormones may cause breakthrough bleeding or contraceptive failure. Some drugs such as phenytoin, barbiturates, primidone, carbamazepine and rifampicin; oxcarbazepine, topiramate and griseofulvin may also have an effect. Contraceptive failure has also been reported with the use of antibiotics such as ampicillin and tetracycline. 2. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur. Storage
Store at 2-25℃ in a dry place away from light.
