Function and Efficacy
It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in rat and mouse animal models, and has preventive and therapeutic effects on rat adjuvant arthritis models.
Ingredients
Methylene diphosphonates.
Appearance
Agent A is a colorless, clear liquid; Agent B is a white freeze-dried powder that is easily soluble in water.
Indication
Anti-rheumatic drug, mainly used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
Usage and Dosage
Before use, under aseptic conditions, take 5 mg of agent A and inject it into the bottle of lyophilized agent B, shake it thoroughly to dissolve the lyophilized material, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then inject it intravenously, once a day, 20 times as a course of treatment.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions to routine clinical dosage are rare and mild; only transient rashes occur occasionally, but they are mild, require no treatment, and do not affect continued treatment.
Precautions
Patients with allergic constitution (idiosyncratic), low blood pressure, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
