This product is a capsule, the contents are white or off-white granules or powder, odorless, bitter
Indication
Used for diabetic retinopathy.
Usage and Dosage
Swallow during meals, do not chew. The recommended dosage for some symptoms is as follows (or follow the doctor's advice): Diabetic retinopathy: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-5 months. After the effect is seen, take 2 tablets a day until the effect is obvious. Other microvascular diseases: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 1-2 months. After the effect is seen, take 2 tablets a day until the symptoms disappear. Varicose vein syndrome: 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 1-3 weeks. The effect will be seen after 5-6 days of treatment. After the effect is seen, take 1 tablet/day to consolidate.
Adverse Reactions
This product can be taken for a long time and is safe. Occasionally, there are symptoms such as stomach discomfort, nausea, heartburn, and decreased appetite, which disappear after stopping the drug.

Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: See the Dosage and Administration section. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is not clear whether calcium dobesilate passes the human placental barrier, so the pros and cons should be weighed when using this drug. Calcium dobesilate can be present in trace amounts in breast milk (0.4ug/ml in breast milk after administration of 1500mg).
