Function and Efficacy
This product has a certain inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, egg white-induced foot swelling in rats, and adjuvant-induced secondary foot swelling in rats. This product has a certain analgesic effect on the pain test in mice. Acute toxicity: The D50 of this product was 0.3 g/kg when taken orally by mice, and the safety factor was 2. Long-term toxicity in rats: Rats took 0.096 g and 0.4 g/kg of this product orally for 60 consecutive days. The high-dose group had increased urea nitrogen, and some animals had dilation of the heart, liver, kidney, and lung blood vessels. In some animals, malnutrition changes in the epithelial cells of the renal convoluted tubules were observed, and pink-stained protein casts were observed in the small renal convoluted tubules. During the recovery period observation, the renal pathological examination basically returned to normal. Long-term toxicity in dogs: Dogs took 0.025 g and 0.25 g/kg of this product orally for three months, and no increase in alanine aminotransferase was observed in both dose groups.
