This product is a sterile aqueous solution of propranolol hydrochloride. The content of propranolol hydrochloride (C16H21NO2.HCl) should be 90.0% to 110.0% of the labeled amount.

Appearance
This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indication
Hypertension, arrhythmia, relief of angina pectoris, palpitations and fainting symptoms, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Antiarrhythmic: Adults, intravenous injection, 1mg-3mg, slow injection, can be repeated after 5 minutes if necessary, total amount 5mg. Children, intravenous injection, 0.01mg-0.1mg/kg, slow injection (>10 minutes), should not exceed 1mg.
Adverse Reactions
1. Gastrointestinal reactions, fatigue, drowsiness, dreaminess, hallucinations, etc.; 2. Cardiovascular side effects include bradycardia and hypotension. Congestive heart failure is the most serious consequence and can even be fatal.
