Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacology This product has strong analgesic and obvious anti-inflammatory effects. The analgesic effect of this product is central and closely related to the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the brain. The onset time is slower than that of morphine, but it lasts longer and is not addictive; its anti-inflammatory effect is not through the adrenal system, but is related to the inhibition of PG levels; this product has antipyretic and local anesthetic effects. 2. Toxicology Acute toxicity test LD50: subcutaneous injection of mice is 0.92 mg/kg, and rats are 0.51 mg/kg. Subacute toxicity test continuous administration for 1 to 3 months, there is no obvious effect on the blood routine, liver and kidney function of experimental animals, and there is a transient change in the electrocardiogram. Small doses of administration have no obvious toxicity to experimental animals. When large doses are close to the toxic dose, short-term respiratory depression, brain edema, and temporary changes in bone marrow anterior horn cell degeneration may occur; sinus heart rate slows down to ventricular heart rate abnormalities; gastrointestinal mucosa is damaged.

Indication
Osteoarthritis, sprains and bruises of limbs, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, bone hyperplasia, periarthritis of shoulder, lumbar muscle strain and lumbar vertebrae disease, cervical vertebrae disease and other painful diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1 tablet at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.
