Tetanus immune globulin

This product is a colorless or light yellow clear liquid with opalescence.

It is mainly used to prevent and treat tetanus, especially for those who are allergic to tetanus antitoxin (TAT).

Usage: For intramuscular injection in the buttocks, no skin test is required, and it cannot be used for intravenous injection. Dosage: 1 Preventive dose: 250 IU for children and adults. Double the dose for severe wounds or serious wound contamination. 2 Reference therapeutic dose: 3000-6000 IU, use up as soon as possible, and can be injected at multiple points.

Generally there are no adverse reactions. Very few people experience redness, swelling, and pain, which can recover on their own without special treatment.

It is contraindicated for patients with a history of allergy to human immunoglobulin products.

Should be used alone.
