Fructose diphosphate sodium oral solution

This product is a cell metabolite existing in the human body, which can regulate the activity of multiple enzyme systems in glucose metabolism. It is reported that exogenous sodium fructose diphosphate can increase the concentration of adenosine triphosphate and creatine phosphate in cells by activating the activity of phosphofructokinase and pyruvate kinase, promote the influx of potassium ions, and is beneficial to the energy metabolism and glucose utilization of cells under ischemic and hypoxic conditions. It can thus reduce the damage to ischemic myocardium.

The main ingredient of this product is trisodium fructose diphosphate.

1. Used for the treatment of myocarditis, cardiomyopathy and coronary heart disease; 2. Used for the treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, cerebral ischemia, high fever or hypoxic craniocerebral injury; 3. Used for the treatment of fatty liver, acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and alcoholic liver disease.

Adults: 10-20 ml/time, 2-3 times/day; children 7 years old: 20 ml/time, 2 times/day.

Occasionally, mild digestive tract symptoms such as abdominal distension, nausea, upper abdominal heartburn, and loose stools may occur, which can be tolerated by patients and there is no need to stop the medication.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, have hyperphosphatemia, or renal failure.

This product should be used alone and should not be dissolved in other drugs, especially in alkaline solutions and calcium salts.
