Benproperine phosphate oral solution

This product is a non-narcotic antitussive drug that mainly blocks the afferent sensory nerve impulses of the lung and pleural receptors, and also directly inhibits the antitussive center. It also has a papaverine-like smooth muscle spasmolytic effect.

The main ingredient of this product contains 2 mg of benproperine phosphate per milliliter.

This product is a slightly yellow or light brown viscous liquid.

It is suitable for coughs caused by various reasons, especially irritating dry coughs, such as colds, pharyngitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, smoking, allergies and other reasons.

Oral administration, 20-40 ml at a time, 3 times a day.

Transient oropharyngeal numbness may occur after taking the medicine. In addition, there are other adverse reactions such as fatigue, dizziness, upper abdominal discomfort, lack of appetite, and rash.
