Cilostazol

This product inhibits the activity of phosphodiesterase in platelets and vascular smooth muscle, thereby increasing the cAMP concentration in platelets and smooth muscle, exerting antiplatelet and vasodilatory effects. This product inhibits the initial and secondary aggregation and release reactions of platelets induced by ADP, adrenaline, collagen and arachidonic acid, and is dose-dependent. Oral administration of 100 mg of cilostazol is 7 to 78 times more effective than the corresponding amount of aspirin in inhibiting platelet aggregation in vitro (aspirin is ineffective against initial platelet aggregation). This product does not interfere with the synthesis of vascular protective prostacyclin by endothelial cells. For patients with chronic arterial occlusion, the use of volume volumography shows that this product can increase tissue blood flow in the foot and gastrocnemius muscles, increase the blood pressure index of the lower limbs, increase skin blood flow and skin temperature of the limbs, and improve intermittent claudication.

The main ingredient of this product is cilostazol, and its chemical name is 6-[4-(1-cyclohexyl-1H-tetrazolyl-5-yl)-butoxy]-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)quinolone.

1. This product has vasodilation and antiplatelet effects, and can be used to treat chronic arterial occlusive disease caused by atherosclerosis, large arteritis, thromboangiitis obliterans, and diabetes. 2. This product can improve chronic ulcers, pain, chills, and intermittent claudication caused by limb ischemia, and can be used as a supplementary treatment after surgical treatment of the above diseases (such as angioplasty, vascular transplantation, sympathectomy) to help relieve symptoms, improve circulation, and inhibit thrombosis in transplanted blood vessels.

Oral: Adults, 50-100 mg at a time, twice a day. For young patients, the dose can be increased appropriately if necessary based on symptoms.

The second most common adverse reactions are abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, abdominal pain and other digestive tract symptoms. 3. A small number of patients have abnormal liver function, frequent urination, abnormal urea nitrogen, creatinine and uric acid values after taking the drug. 4. Allergic symptoms include rash and itching. 5. Other reports include occasional leukopenia, subcutaneous hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, epistaxis, hematuria, fundus hemorrhage, etc.

Patients with bleeding disorders (such as hemophilia, capillary fragility, active peptic ulcer, hematuria, hemoptysis, functional uterine bleeding, etc. or other bleeding tendencies).

Prostaglandin E1 can act synergistically with this product to increase intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
