Histamine human immunoglobulin

This product is made of human blood immunoglobulin and histamine phosphate (or histamine hydrochloride). It can stimulate the body to produce anti-histamine antibodies, thereby eliminating the pathogenic effects of endogenous histamine and is used to treat allergic diseases.

It is a white or light yellow loose body with no signs of melting. After dissolving, it becomes a slightly yellowish or colorless transparent liquid. A small amount of precipitate that can be shaken off is allowed.

It has the immune function of enhancing the body's histamine and is used to prevent allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, allergic skin diseases, urticaria, etc.

Before use, inject 2 ml of sterile water for injection into the ampoule of this product, fully dissolve it and inject it subcutaneously, use 1 ampoule each time. Each course of treatment should be injected 3 to 5 times, usually 4 to 7 days apart for adults and 6 to 10 days apart for children, and observe for 1 month. If the therapeutic effect is not significant, repeat 1 to 2 courses of treatment according to the above usage, and inject subcutaneously once every 3 to 4 months to maintain the effect.

Injection of this product generally has no side effects. Only a few patients with allergic constitutions may experience aggravated asthma symptoms, urticaria, allergic rhinitis and other symptoms after injection of this product. These symptoms are transient and the second injection can be used to reduce the dosage and continue treatment. If asthma is significantly aggravated, the product should be discontinued.
