This product is a flat oval block with an oval ring on it. The surface is brown or grayish brown with dense fine lines and visible mold spots. It is hard and difficult to break. The broken surface is slightly rough, brown, uniform in color, and occasionally a small amount of mycelium can be seen. The powder is brown or light brown, with a slight fragrance and a bitter and slightly sweet taste.

It can clear away heat and detoxify, cool blood and remove blood stasis, reduce swelling and relieve pain. It is used for acute and chronic viral hepatitis, carbuncle, furuncle, unidentified swelling, traumatic injury and various inflammations caused by heat toxicity and blood stasis.

Oral administration: 0.6g each time, 0.15-0.3g each time for children under 8 years old, 2-3 times a day; for external use, grind into powder, mix with cold boiled water or a little vinegar, and apply to the affected area (for ulcers, apply around the affected area), several times a day, keep moist, or follow the doctor's advice.
