Appearance
Light yellow sterile lyophilized powder.
Indication
It is used as an adjuvant treatment for angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction. It can also be used for myocarditis, cardiogenic shock, postoperative subretinal hemorrhage and psoriasis. It can also assist other anticancer drugs in the treatment of leukemia.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection: 20 mg of this product is dissolved in 2 ml of normal saline, 1-2 times a day. Intravenous drip: 20-40 mg of this product is dissolved in 250-500 injection solution, 1-2 times a day. The dosage can be increased as appropriate for severe cases. For patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, a course of treatment is 15 days. For patients with psoriasis, the dosage can be increased to 60-80 mg/day.
Adverse Reactions
This product has rare adverse reactions, and occasionally has general tolerable reactions such as nausea, fatigue, and drowsiness. It has no effect on liver and kidney function.
