This product exerts a complete cholinergic effect by inhibiting the activity of cholinesterase. In addition, it can directly stimulate the nicotinic receptors (N2 receptors) on the motor end plates of skeletal muscles. Its action characteristics are weak effects on glandular, eye, cardiovascular and bronchial smooth muscles. It can promote gastric contraction and increase gastric acid secretion on gastrointestinal smooth muscles, and promote peristalsis of small and large intestines, especially the colon, thereby preventing intestinal relaxation and promoting the downward movement of intestinal contents. This product has a strong excitatory effect on skeletal muscles, but a weak effect on the central nervous system.

1. Common dosage: 0.25-1 mg (1 ml: 0.5 mg half to 2 vials; 2 ml: 1 mg 1/4 to 1 vial) for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, 1 to 3 times a day. 2. Maximum dosage: 1 mg (1 ml: 0.5 mg 2 vials; 2 ml: 1 mg 1 vial) for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, 5 mg (1 ml: 0.5 mg 10 vials; 2 ml: 1 mg 5 vials) for daily use.

This product can cause drug rash. Large doses can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tearing, salivation, etc. In severe cases, ataxia, convulsions, coma, slurred speech, anxiety, fear and even cardiac arrest may occur.
