Ingredients

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 500 mg of acetaminophen. Excipients are: powdered cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose E-15, sodium citrate, magnesium stearate, Opadry YS-1-4004, palm wax.

Appearance

This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.

Indication

For the relief of insomnia associated with occasional headaches and mild pain.

Usage and Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years old take 2 tablets orally before bedtime.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are rare at therapeutic doses, including mild dry mouth, dizziness, digestive discomfort, drowsiness, etc. Agranulocytosis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, etc. are occasionally seen. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug may cause liver and kidney damage.

Precautions

1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the ingredients in this product. 2. It is contraindicated for those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 3. It is contraindicated for those with myasthenia gravis.

Drug Interactions

1. This product may temporarily affect the absorption of barbiturates and sodium sulfacetamide. 2. This product and sodium para-aminosalicylate can reduce the latter's blood concentration when used together. 3. This product can enhance the effect of central nervous system depressants. 4. Patients who drink alcohol for a long time or use other liver enzyme inducers are at risk of liver toxicity. 5. When used for a long time or in large quantities, it can enhance the effect of anticoagulants. 6. When used in large quantities with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time, it can significantly increase renal toxicity. 7. When used in combination with zidovudine, it can increase toxicity and should be avoided at the same time. 8. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
