Fluorouracil

It is clinically used for colon cancer, rectal cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, choriocarcinoma, malignant hydatidiform mole, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, skin cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, etc.

① Intravenous injection, 0.25-0.5g per time, once a day or every other day, a total of 5-10g for one course of treatment. ② Intravenous drip, 0.25-0.75g per time, once a day or every other day, a total of 8-10g for one course of treatment. When treating choriocarcinoma, the dose can be increased to 25-30mg/kg per day, dissolved in 500-1000ml of 5% glucose solution and dripped for 6-8 hours, with 10 days as one course of treatment.

1. Bone marrow suppression: mainly leukopenia and thrombocytopenia. 2. Gastrointestinal reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, gastritis, abdominal pain and diarrhea. 3. Pain at the injection site, phlebitis or endarteritis. 4. Others: often hair loss, erythematous dermatitis, skin pigmentation, hand-foot syndrome and temporary cerebellar ataxia, occasionally affecting heart function.
